Employees received $30,000 of basic term life insurance coverage paid for by the Company. Eligibility for this benefit is the same as the other benefits. An employee must select two beneficiaries and should always keep the list of beneficiaries current.
Employees may purchase additional life insurance in $10,000 increments up to $240,000 with premiums paid through payroll deduction. Employees may also purchase up to $50,000 coverage on eligible spouses and $10,000 on each eligible child. Voluntary life insurance is only offered at your initial eligibility period. If you do not enroll during this time you will not be able to enroll in the future. *You must enroll in this benefit in order to receive coverage*
